TEMPO Madison is an invitation-only, peer-to-peer organization that connects women leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The membership consists of approximately 230 women in executive and leadership roles.

Opportunities

TEMPO Madison is proud to host an array of events each year, including ten engaging luncheon events that focus on professional development and networking among our members. In addition, we hold eleven networking events designed to facilitate meaningful connections and partnership opportunities within the local business community. We also organize four Leadership Series events that attract a diverse audience, including industry leaders, aspiring professionals, and community stakeholders, thereby enhancing the dialogue around key leadership topics.

Luncheons and an average of six networking events are member invitation-only. The Leadership Series events, however, are open to the public, allowing for wider community involvement and engagement.
