TEMPO Madison Tasting at Lao Laan-Xang

Local woman-owned business Lao Laan-Xang has created a special tasting menu for TEMPO Madison members on January 5. Join your fellow members for networking, community and authentic Laotian cuisine.

The tasting menu costs $30 and includes one drink:

Appetizer: Coconut Shrimp or vegetarian spring rolls

Salad: Khao Tod Nam Som Lettuce Wrap —A traditional combination of rice, cured pork, and fresh grated coconut

Soup: Kang Gai Soup —coconut milk, lemon grass, citrus and galangal

Entrée: Curry Squash

Dessert: Sweet Sticky Rice and Fresh Mango Dessert

Registration is capped at 10 people. Guests are welcome. 

COVID Safety Policy 

The TEMPO Madison Board of Directors has voted to implement the following COVID safety protocol for all TEMPO Madison events: attendees must provide photo ID and proof of either:

1) COVID vaccination, or

2) A negative COVID PCR test result taken within 72 hours of the event.
