Join us in-person or virtually on Tuesday, December 14 as Jeff Keebler, MGE President and CEO discusses how the community energy company is working together with its customers and communities to create a more sustainable future and achieve net-zero carbon electricity.  

Learn about MGE’s strategies to reduce carbon and grow its use of new technologies for the benefit of everyone. 

Attendance Options:

Jeff will be appearing in-person at the Madison Club. Members can choose between attending the presentation at the Madison Club or watching the presentation on Zoom. The livestream will begin when the program starts, which will be shortly after 12:00 p.m. 

If you plan to attend in-person, you must register by Wednesday, December 8. 

Luncheon Choices for December:

Vegetarian Entree: Field greens & spinach salad, quinoa, avocado, feta cheese, dried cranberries, beet slaw, green apple, carrots, honey Dijon dressing

Regular Entree: Grilled Salmon with lemon chive roasted potatoes, sautéed winter greens, and mustard cream

COVID Safety Policy:

The TEMPO Madison Board of Directors has voted to implement the following COVID safety protocol for all TEMPO Madison events: all attendees must provide photo ID and proof of either:

1) COVID vaccination, or

2) A negative COVID test result taken within 72 hours of the event.

About Jeff Keebler 

Jeff Keebler has been President and CEO of MGE Energy and MGE, its subsidiary, since March 1, 2017. He became Chairman of the Boards of Directors of both companies Oct. 1, 2018.

Prior to being named President and CEO, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Energy Supply and Planning at MGE.

Jeff has more than 25 years of experience at MGE. He joined the company in 1995 as a Rate Analyst. He has held various roles at MGE, initially in the Energy Trading area. He has had roles and responsibilities in a number of areas of the company, including Energy Supply, Rates, Generation Planning, Information Technology, Human Resources, Customer Service and Legislative Affairs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  He also holds an MBA from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for University Research Park, the Boards of Directors for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Dane County.  In addition, Jeff will serve as the 2022 United Way Campaign Chair.
