Speaker Panel: Speaker panel will be virtual. Announcement coming soon!

Program Description:

Whether you’ve recently arrived in the C-suite or have been here for a decade or longer, consider what happens next to ensure you are contributing at the highest level possible.

In this session, we will discuss what it takes to be an advocate for yourself while in a leadership role, how to maximize the benefit of sponsorship – whether you are being sponsored or are sponsoring others, and how to stay at the table and use the power of mentorship and sponsorship for your continued growth.

Further weaving in the important DEI conversations of the past year, the panel will share advice if you are the “first” or one of the few [women, persons of color, etc.] in the role and how to make these important connections to ensure the “second” and more join you in your role and at your level.
