Prior to joining WSB in 2006, she spent over ten years in the UW System teaching, consulting, and designing programming that enhances inclusion by leveraging strategic leadership and organizational cultural dexterity. Tickets for TEMPO Madison members and guests are $25 per session.

Thursday, Nov. 5 (9 am - 10 am)

First Encounters

We will examine our earliest experiences with race and racism, and deconstruct our socialization into perceptions of our own belonging and that of others.

Wednesday, Nov. 18 (9am - 10am)

Making Sense of the Past and Present to Move to the Future

We will take a historical journey of race and racism across the world, and within our own country. The session will conclude with concrete skills that participants can utilize to enhance their own understanding, have more meaningful interactions and cultivate inclusion.
